Group Lesson
Students registering for Modu Club group lessons are required to commit to the full two-month period, excluding statutory holiday. Payment is due in full upon registration. A valid method of payment must be provided to Modu Club to process payments for auto-registration. Payment will be charged as the registration auto-renews.
Students may reschedule up to a maximum of four (4) makeup lessons per term within the same term of the missed lesson. Any absence, including but not limited to sickness, weather changes, personal events, private tournaments, or unforeseen circumstances, will count towards the four missed lessons. Any additional lessons missed (after a maximum of four) will be considered void and are not eligible for makeup lessons, store credit, or refund.
The makeup lesson must be rescheduled before or within 24 hours of the scheduled class time via email. If failed to reschedule within 24 hours, the makeup class will be void and no additional makeup lesson, store credit, or refund will be provided. Once a makeup lesson is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again. Makeup lessons cannot be transferred to the following term(s). Any lesson missed due to participating in a sanctioned tournament will be credited to the profile.
If students do not wish to auto-renew their group lesson registration for the next term, they must inform Modu Club via email 2 weeks prior to the term start date. If cancellation is done after, it is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If students re-register within 2 weeks of the term start date, a $20 late fee will be charged. No late fee will be charged for new registrants, who can sign up at any time.

BADMINTON COURT ETIQUETTE
By joining as a member or participating as a drop-in, you are also agreeing to abide by the rules and etiquette of the club. The rules and etiquette requirements are in place to help ensure a safe and respectful environment for our staff, members and visitors.

Courtesy

  • The number one rule is respect and consideration for other players. Treat others as how you would like to be treated. Under no circumstances shall a player subject anyone to abuse of any kind (be it verbal or physical). At the discretion of the staff, players who are found to be in breach of this rule will no longer be permitted to play.
  • At times, you may be paired up with players less advanced than yourself. Look after them, offer help, and make them feel welcome on court. Remember, everyone has to start from somewhere and you were once a beginner too.

Badminton Court

  • Any day pass admissions (Drop-ins, Packages, & Unlimited Pass holders) are requested to share courts during these times (take turns every after game) or kindly wait for a court to be open.If lessons require additional courts, you may be asked to wait.
  • Please note that day admission will not be refunded for not being able to play during prime time.
  • Players must wear clean, indoor-only, non-marking, soft-soled shoes. Outdoor shoes may not be worn in the gym
  • To ensure everyone’s safety, do not walk across the court whilst games are in progress. Walk around the court instead.
