Frequently Asked Questions

How many makeup lessons do I get?

Each student gets a maximum of 2 makeup lessons per term (this includes any sickness, weather change, personal events, private tournaments, etc, or any unforeseen circumstances). Any excused or unexcused absences count toward a missed class.

What if I miss more than 2 lessons in a term?

Any lessons missed more than 2 times per term will be voided and no makeup lesson, store credit, or refund will be given.

When can I reschedule my makeup lesson?

You may reschedule a makeup class for any day within the term. Rescheduling must be done before or within 24 hours of missing the lesson through email

What happens if I miss rescheduling within 24 hours?

If a student does not reschedule within 24 hours, the missed class will be considered a no-show and it will expire and no makeup lesson, store credit, or refund will be given.

How can I reschedule my missed class?

Students must email us stating which class they missed and for which time they wish to schedule the makeup. Email has to be sent before or within 24 hours of the missed lesson. Phone calls or in-person communication at the front desk will not be considered valid.

Can I reschedule a missed makeup class again?

No, once the makeup lesson has been scheduled and if the student fails to attend it, the makeup class will be voided and no additional makeup lesson, store credit or refund will be provided. Once a makeup lesson is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again.
